Rain guard Micro-Seal with Graffiti Control is a water-based, silane/siloxane graffiti & water repellent that combines high-quality penetrating chemical solids with an acrylic surface treatment component to provide a clear, deep-penetrating, and non-film-forming chemically-reactive masonry water repellent. Contains no silicone oils, paraffin wax or urethane. Micro-Seal creates a micro-molecular chemical and mechanical bond between the water-repellent chemicals and the substrate. Micro-Seal with Graffiti Control penetrates deep into porous masonry surfaces to provide long-lasting and virtually indestructible water-repellent protection that is not affected by sunlight.
