Worked well. Looks great with our oiled bronze door hardware. Screws were a little bit wimpy (skinny) going into hardie plank but was able to make them work. Worked with 1997 wiring on house.

I wanted a doorbell that had a traditional old country look, to match our house, this has it! It works well, is well lit, and easy to install. Very good looking doorbell, nice quality!

Lasted about a year and a half, then stopped working. Oxidation on inner contact mechanism causes it to lose ability to make contact when pressing the switch. Would be a simple fix to open up and clean contacts, but parts inside a low quality. Threads are easily stripped.
