These are exactly as ordered, 12 well packed 16 pan watercolor cases, with a brush included. Not sure why these have such poor reviews, I got exactly what I ordered and for a great price.

I ordered 12 paints with 16 colors. I received 12 paints with 8 colors, just the normal not the last 8 listed in the description.
