I recently took a class for a quilt requiring this ruler. It made quick work of forming 6 inch blocks by sewing strips into a tube and slicing into triangles which are then magically opened into it saved time and provided accurate cuts. It can also be used to cut 2.5 inch binding strips. Hopefully I’ll find other uses.

It’s a little tricky to use, seemed much easier in advertising, not sure how helpful it is to make new squares because it’s difficult to line up just right.

This is a great ruler by Rachel across. Super easy to use. YouTube videos are easy to follow. I would recommend this ruler as a must have you can create several different designs. Made two beautiful quilts with this ruler. Arrived on time and in tact. I would buy from seller again.

This is a fantastic tool! Cutting triangles is never easy, but this ruler enables you to strip assemble and then cut your triangles for blocks. It also is made with a non-slip surface for steady cutting.I recommend it to anyone who likes to make strip quilts and improvise with half-square triangles--this is just a marvelous time saver, and allows for perfect accuracy.However, to really benefit from this you need to get the companion books

This makes quilting with strips so much easier. The designs you can make using this one tool look so much more complicated than they really are. It hugs the fabric nicely and is easy to work with. This tool has given me the confidence to try designs that scared me away not too long ago. It seemed a little pricey, but so many things do in quilting. It arrived intact and on time.
