  • Easy to read black and white markings are printed in 1in grids marked in 1/8in and 1/4in increments.
  • Use the black numbers printed on white dots and the 1/4in grip sides to cut in whole inches.
  • Use our exclusive Turn-a-Round feature to easily cut in 1/2in increments by following the white numbers on black dots and 1/2in grip sides.
  • The 1/4in dashed lines that are printed on two adjoining sides aid in trimming seam allowances, and the 45 degree diagonal line makes trimming half-square triangle blocks easy and accurate.
  • White horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the square to show the center of the ruler. Use these lines to square up blocks based on four-patches, embroidered, and appliquéd blocks.

Creative Grids makes the best rulers. They don't accost your eyes like some of the other brands. They're easy to read and the don't slip due to the non-slip dots on the back of the ruler.

I made a new quilt and the blocks are 15 1/2 inch squares unfinished. I was going to do my usual trick of using two rulers to square the blocks since I didn’t have a large enough template ruler to do so. This ruler makes it so much easier to square off larger blocks. It doesn’t slide when you are cutting, making for more accurate cuts. It is easy to read. I’m going to get a lot of use out of this ruler.

I've purchased quite a few Creative Grid rulers and the main feature I like is the non-slip feature. I've saved a lot of money by not missing cuts due to ruler slippage. I like the markings that allow you to measure whole and half-inch increments. I have also purchased the perfect ten ruler which makes squaring up a block a whole lot easier!

Das Lineal ist super, es gleitet leicht über den Stoff, mit etwas Druck von oben bleibt es liegen und rutscht nicht. Die schwarzen und weißen Linien sind gut zum ablesen. Auch die Größe von 15,5 Inch finde ich super, so lassen sich recht viele Quadrate unterschiedlicher Größe zu schneiden
