Purchased two for my oil lamps I had gotten at Walmart years ago and they work great! Easy to install and are the perfect addition to my home for a safe way to use my lamps.

I removed the collar on the adapter as instructed and then tried to screw it into the lamp base as promised. . I have 13 vintage to antique lamps. It was too small for all of em! I’ll try to adapt it too fit. Very disappointing.This may work on newer lamps but not vintage to antique ones.

I received this today. It has rust spots on it, that didn't come off when tried rubbing it off. Overall cheap quality with cardboard and tape. And it doesn't fit.. too small.

The quality of this electric conversion kit looks reasonable, about as sturdy as others I've purchased. The screw-in base (not the bottle-cap) is a bit smaller than others, however, and is smaller than a standard #2 antique oil lamp requires.

I'm excited to find this. Fits the oil lamp which was passed down to me. Just take it out of the bag and screw it on. Very easy to install.

Items are described as #2 size but in fact are slightly smallerI measured them and compared with multiple lamps that I possessparts interchange with each other in regards to threading togetherexcept these kits.made them work with a little tin snip work and epoxy but definitely not a direct fit

I converted two very old lamps and one not so old. None of the bases fit so I had to do modifictions and use glue (heavy duty hot glue is sufficient as the lights are realatively light or you can use epoxy if you perfer).It would be nice if they offered a dimmer model.

It does not fit any of my older oil lamps. I have around 15 of them. But it does fit newer oil lamps. I have a few of them also.

I converted a beautiful oil lamp to an electrical lamp So simple to do. I just screwed it on, added the light bulb, and plugged it in The beautiful vintage look with the convenience of electricity is wonderful!
