Your cart is empty.Compact and built to last, the Console CP2 combines a Mini SPG and a Compass. The Mini Submersible Pressure Gauge has a color-coded scale that the divers can read at a glance. Reads pressures until to 350 BAR / 5000 PSI. The Compass features a rotating bezel for easy navigation. The both instruments are built with chrome-plated brass case for maximum durability. The textured boot is easy to handle, even while wearing gloves, and can be rigged with a clip or bungee and secured to the diver’s BC for a streamlined profile in the water. Weight of the product (hose included): 420 g (1 lb). Made in Italy.

Go get that fancy wrist SPG, buy those extra batteries, don't forget to PAIR with that transmitter. But you know what, a good PG is equally important. You don't want to a OOA situation at depth, especially if you HAVE to do a mandatory stop. Cressi did me right. Something small, accurate and out of the way. If I want to verify what my fancy wrist SPG is telling, I defer to this Cressi PG. Trust but Verify. This is cheap in price, but it will provide you piece of mind and at depth, there is nothing worse than a panic diver situation.

I replaced an older console with this when the SPG started to act up. I have a dive computer so I only really needed the SPG and compass and this unit has worked flawlessly. I have several dives using this new console and what I appreciate is that it is super easy to read, the color gradients add a nice touch for getting a quick reference. The compass works great with a perfect angle to use when reading the face or the side window. The connection loops at the top and the back made it easy to use a retractable gear tether from my BCD to help streamline my profile when I am not using it.

The spg is fine, it's an spg, what can you do wrong right? but the compass is really just not up to scratch. I can see this being useable if you dive in clear warm water and you just need a second opinion on which way shore is, but trying to navigate to and from a specific spot in 4 feet of visibility is just not gonna happen. I used it in the pool and instead of a square it led me in more of a pentagon :((Spend the extra 65$ and get the Highland/XS scuba spg-compass gauge instead, it's smaller and nicer, the hose is braided, and the compass is top tier.

I have now used it one dive and it worked just fine.I posted mostly to clarify that the gauge shows psi in thousands, because the pic in the ad is different than what showed up (which is good - I wanted psi not bar).

I've never had ANY trouble with Cressi gauges, and this one is no exception. The display is bright, easy to read, and dead-on accurate. A slightly longer hose would definitely help when leveling out the compass, but it's certainly functional as-is. My family has several Cressi analogs in various configurations and we've never had trouble with any of them. My daughter's console has an identical SPG as this one - the display is so easily visible that I can often get a read on her psi just by glancing over, without having to ask her for an "air check"!

The console works exactly as it should. I was concerned after ordering it that it would be too small to read because of my older eyes which need reading glasses, but it is very readable, even with poor visibility. I am pleased with the console, but I think a better hose would have made it perfect. My Aqualung products have braided hoses which I have come to expect.
