I ordered one of your CO-Z wire strippers I think it was the model to the one with the blue aluminum body and it works great except on sim pull wire. I have to help pull it through the stripper because it seems like the teeth on the bottom wheel does not bite into the wire properly. I've tried cleaning it and everything looks clean but it's still not getting a good grip. Sometimes if I tighten it down really tight it will somewhat pulled through but then it cuts through the copper and I have a bunch of little pieces falling off of The Wire. Am I doing something wrong or is it a problem with the the teeth on the pulley? Do I need to clean it with something or replace it with a different part? How do I contact customer service?
