This is a direct fit replacement with zero modifications required to to install. Blower is pre-mounted to a bracket and includes a new ground wire and new rubber hangers. This blower is an improvement over the original blower, which used plastic / brass bushings on the outside spindle wheel. Ball bearings provide longer lifespan, smoother operation and a maintenance free bearing.
