The first one I ordered did not come with the required amount of screws and seemed to be someones return just sent back out unchecked. this is happening more and more with amazon items. Since Amazon doesn't do parts the entire unit needed to be returned and the a replacement sent. So I waited days more to get this. the replacement had the correct # of screws. Now for the assembly. What a horrific excuse for a manual! First it covers about 10 stove models and doesn't bother to sort those into sections it just periodically indicates a model number for a step. Some steps apply to all even when not marked. Others don't. Plan on frustration level 11. Once you discern the correct steps for your model then the fun really begins! First the manual doesn't make any distinction in screws. There are 4 small screws that are used for the power cord and the hidden ground wire connector. If you make the mistake of using the larger screws on those 4 holes you will destroy the holes. I have the ProCom open stove design. the cables for this must be inserted down an extremely narrow channel in the rear corner of the stove. I had to bend each connector to face backwards on the cable then tape it down tightly. the next connector just above it and so on because the space is so narrow trying to shove or force it down is impossible. I barely got it down after twisting and sliding. Next you will find the button for the cable is labeled with "I and II" while the diagrams show Auto and Manual! the cables are conveniently labeled INCORRECTLY manual and Auto. So you have to connect the cables to the switch and see if your cables are labeled wrong and which function each button position provides. After all the nightmare it works. But not great. i expected a steady noticeable push of warm air. It actually served to lower the overall room temperature a degree or two. I regret buying it. But I'm not about to try removing it so i'm stuck with it. Disappointed to be sure as it's almost 4100 wasted and a huge amount of time and annoyance since we don;t bother using it at all.
