Our Glass Mirror Switch and Outlet Cover Plates have highly polished 5/16" (8 mm) wide beveled edges, and are cut from quality 3/16" (5 mm) plate glass. There are a total of 45 different styles to choose from in single, double, triple, quad, five and six-gang, including a variety of blank plates. All come in three standard colors: Clear, bronze, and gray. Other colors are available on special order, and we can even cut plates out of the same colored mirror being used on your job. Custom cover plate configurations are also possible; just send us your drawing. All plates are individually blister carded in an attractive retail package. Looks nice and clean. I removed a star as it didn't come with the double sided tape. Had to order it separately.

Just what I needed. I had to cover a double gang junction box with a mirorr as this box was sorrounded by a large wall mirror. This cover was the perfect solution it blends nicely with the wall mirror. I used M3 thin double sided tape to affix this to the larger mirror so far it's holding beautifully
