This page allows for selecting 24 inch or 36 inch length. I selected 36 inch and got 24 inch. I reached out for clarification before I ordered, but ambiguous information. If this item had been more expensive (only $8), I would have returned it, but it was not worth my time and it will still work - I like a little longer loop. So beware, they DO NOT sell a 36 inch Crokie, even when they claim to.
