It certainly was a nice gesture to provide free shipping on the order. BUT BEWARE - if you have to return the item, because you are not satisfied with it - YOU have to pay for the shipping. Regarding the case: It feels flimsy. At first it was difficult to put the cello in the case and difficult to close it. But I've made a few adjustments and now it is workable. It rolls very nicely on the floor, and handles outside surfaces. "You get what you pay for" applies to this item. If you want a really good case for an expensive instrument, you need to pay for an expensive case. I am hopeful this case will last. The buyer has been very accommodating.
