The tension of the retractable belt is not sufficient to keep the belt from sagging at this length.

Purchased for use in our area community theatre, the stancions are well made and great for traffic control. Satin brass finish is very high-end .

We purchased this product (8 total stanchions) at our church to help with some events, especially when we host election day activities for one of the voting districts. The stanchions look and work great! I did have some problems with the order (not receiving the correct item in one of the boxes) and customer service for Crowd Control Warehouse was very responsive to the problem and worked out the issue quickly. The stanchions are a nice quality - heavy so they don't easily move and they look nice as well.

These were exactly what I was looking for. I like that they are a little taller than the previous set I had purchased (different seller). They also offer the 16' belt. Most only offer 8 or 20. If I could make one change, I would like to see the retractor mechanism be a little tighter. Seems a little to free or easy to pull belt. But overall, works as should and seems to be good quality.

I bought these to stop cars that were lost from entering my driveway and doing U-turns on my lawn. Everything about the product speaks quality. The posts are properly finished. Assembly is a breeze, no tools are required. You can simply use your hands to screw the posts into the bases. The bases are heavy enough so that the posts cannot be blown over by a strong wind, yet are not so heavy that the posts cannot be lifted up and moved to a different position if need be. The belts work smoothly and attach to the post easily.Because of the price, I originally thought I would get the set with a 10 ft belt but that set could not arrive in time to protect my newly paved driveway. So I ordered this set with 16 ft belts and am very glad I did. You may think that 16 feet might be more than you need, but I think you will be glad you purchased this length even for indoor crowd control. I highly recommend this product without reservation.
