I received this picture frame today, and I ordered a frame with engraving that stated it was a 8 x 10 picture frame, however, it will only fit a 5 x 7 picture. NOT HAPPY

Don’t buy this product it’s actual size for photo is 5x7 not 8x10

I am so upset!…It says 8x10 frame!…To me, that means it’s an 8x10 frame for an 8x10 picture!!!…The picture slot is only 4x7…Very misleading!!!

The plastic part is cracked under the sticker that says insert picture here...I have not heard from the Company on how to return it..I need a replacement...Ofher than that I like the product..

Very small - not 8x10!!!! Photo holder only 5x7!!! Very difficult to even put pic in holder, which is sad, because the wood and engraving seems of good quality ! Be aware. Will cost money to ship back for refund.
