I loved this tent for about 2 months until I came outside one day and it would no longer stay up. One of the prongs from the middle “pop up” button had come out and we could not get it back in. Ended up just trashing it.

I wasn’t expecting much based on my experience with their competitor. I had bought a pop-up gazebo from ABCCANOPY and it was horrible. This item is much better. The fabric seems much more durable and the frame seems sturdier. Set up is super easy. Putting up the insect screen is a breeze. Each panel is on a set of hooks that simply attaches to the top rail of the frame. It looks fairly nice and, unlike its competitor, it does not have drain holes that drain the water right into the space that you’re trying to keep dry or paper thin fabric that looks ready to rip by mearly looking at it. I’ll see how it holds up in the Florida sun but so far I’m pretty impressed with the quality for the price that I paid

It's a little on the expensive side but it's really great quality. It might be hard for my wife to setup but it's definitely doable with just 1 person to setup. I usually take it down so the quality doesn't deteriorate too quickly but I've definitely left it out in the rain / heavy storms here and there. It does still stand up without issue.I had a small issue with the canopy when I first received it. The top part wouldn't fully lock. I sent an email to the seller and they responded within a day. Communication with them was super easy and they offered a replacement since mine was defective.

The product is exactly as described and appears to be well-made with sturdy construction. It's easy to assemble, put up (we haven't taken it down yet), adjust the height, and add the sandbags. The coverage from the sun is perfect and we will be trying the screens soon but I expect they will work as intended too. The travel bag and additional supplies are constructed well and easy to use. The wheels on the bag are fantastic! We did have an issue with the frame and the seller responded quickly and fixed it without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this product and purchase from the seller again.

I ordered this for prime day discount to have for my dogs during the summer.They sent it out right away but sent the wrong item. I contacted Amazon customer service to let them know. They contacted the actual seller and had to wait for their response. The seller responded very quickly and sent out the actual product immediately, however, when I received it, it was faulty, the roof wouldn't stay up all the way. I contacted the seller again letting them know and attached pictures to show the issue. They once again, sent out a replacement. They handled everything so professionally and quickly.Great seller and great product.I have ordered 3 of these canopys so far, I bought the second one to replace the first one that blew away and got destroyed during a bad storm.

Nice canopy for the price. Makes a great cover for my 8x8 Sundance spa. The screens work great for keeping debris out of the spa and bugs too. The frame is heavy duty has advertised. Now I know why they put rollers on the tote bag. She's no lightweight. The only concern that I have with the product is that the reinforcing pads for the corner of the canopy are insufficiently small. What's the canopy was installed I had to leave it a little high on the mounting in order for the corners of the frame to rest on the pads that were sewn in to the canopy. Didn't want the corners of the new canopy to rip as I'm sure they would eventually. Other than that it was pretty easy to set up. Takes two people to do it. But I did it by myself.

I have used this pop up twice now. The first time I did not install the screens. I used it only as a popup. The second time I also installed the screens. Both times I was not able to completely stake the popup down so I filled the bags with pebbles and it held nicely. We had some fierce rain on our last trip and the popup did not leak. The screens unzip on all 4 sides which makes it very functional. Setting it up alone was actually pretty easy for me. I used a small step stool as I am only 5’4”. The cover is twice as thick as my old screen room and seems well made. The frame is also heavier duty than my old one. I highly recommend it.

I bought this because we didn’t know what size or whether we wanted a permanent gazebo on our deck. As a short female (5’1”), I can definitely set it up and take it down as mentioned in the ads. It does help if you first pull apart the legs, move it approximately where you want it to go, attach the sandbags to the legs, THEN try to push the center up until it clicks. I love how flexible this is to put up and take down and move it around to different parts of the yard. It withstands sunlight and light rain better than I expected. Very happy with this purchase.
