I recently loss a lot of weight, 200# down to 144# and could not wear any clothing with a waist band. Take 2 steps and the pants would fall off me. These are narrow enough not to have that bulky feeling and kept my pants on me!I was at a nursing home rehab for a couple of months and the staff went crazy over these daisy suspenders!
