The clock arrived with very little instruction; the little it had was a sentence or two in broken or poorly translated English (from German I believe). The cuckoo bird never worked from day one, and when I emailed the seller for instructions on how to work the rest of the clock, forgetting the inoperable cuckoo bird, I received an email with poorly worded and somewhat incomprehensible explanations for the details of the weights and chains, much of which was difficult to follow. Several emails had to be generated from my side as follow ups for clarity, and my last email about the non-functioning cuckoo bird went unanswered by the seller. So we have a cuckoo clock with an inoperable cuckoo bird that cost us almost $300. My sincere advice to you if you are in the United States is to order inside the U.S., and to avoid this seller.

Nice clock, but it stopes sometimes and it is not on time. Can not figure out to adjust it just right...
