Didn't quite fit the post on my clock - a very old, one-of-a-kind clock that chimes & lights up but doesn't have a cuckoo or moving figures. BUT - they were the closest match to the original, hand-carved hands on the clock. So much, that with a little bit of work with some light sandpaper, and using a small knife to ream out the hole a little bit, they fit perfectly. Actually, I only altered & used the hour hand - my original got snapped off while moving, and the end piece was lost. They were made of wood, and lightly coated with a clear finish, so they appeared ivory. These are so close in appearance, that you can't tell they're different.

The square hole in the brass fitting is too small to fit the clock. Could not use these hands on my clock.
