I had to replace a pair that wouldn't stay unlocked and were the bane of my existence. These grab meats, they lock when I want them locked, and they don't lock when I don't want them locked.

Sturdy, comfortable to use.I use the smaller one in the kitchen for the air fryer and the larger one for the grill.
