Outside of fishing the bolts through the frame, this item worked great! Note there all this way for the fasteners!Hides away nicely and works well for the bike rack!

Removed this hitch that was installed by the previous owner and put it in the trash. It's just wrong to put a class II hitch on a Cadillac. Looks awful. Get a truck to tow!

Fit perfect. Installation was easy. If your car is ten years old like mine it will save a ton of time during installation if you have some penetrating oil and a thread chaser for the threaded nuts that are already on the car frame from the factory. Those just get rusty ad filled with dirt from being exposed to weather.Fit and finish of the hitch is exceptional. All needed parts were in the kit, including the wire to fish the bolts in to the frame. The fishing wire worked great and made positioning the mounting bolts easy.Installation for me took just over an hour, but at least half of that was because I was not prepared for the dirty threads on the car frame.

High quality product. See YouTube for helpful/useful hints to install. It would be best to have a second set of hands (or lots of boards and patience) to install. Installation takes longer than on instructions, but worth the effort. Fits great in 2002 Cadillac DeVille. Purchased CURT 45015 for ball mount (45014 may work better). Very satisfied with CURT 12058 Trailer Hitch.

Perfect fit. Kit provided the tool that puts the bolts right were they are to go. It was everything I needed. I have used it and it is perfect.
