I found a video that showed step by step instructions on how to install this. I paid a friend who does mobile repairs to install it for me. When he was done he showed me how to use it with my bike rack. I love that I can tow anything that needs a hitch like this. Idk why my Mercedes suv didn’t come with a hitch because it should! This is a great addition.

Would have like to have a couple more inches on the hitch as it barely clears to the bumper. I will go out and buy an extension.

A couple of days after ordering this hitch, Amazon reported to me that the hitch was damaged and not deliverable. As there were only 3 available, I immediately ordered a second. I assumed that the first was cancelled and would be returned and that a credit would be coming. When it arrived sticking out of a broken box, I assumed it was the second one. They are solid steel and very heavy. It looked OK, so I installed it. Two days later, the delivery man showed up with the second hitch. After discussing what had happened with the delivery man, I refused delivery. Amazon needs to get it's communication between delivery/tracking and the customer correct. Discounting the order/delivery errors, the hitch is well made, heavy duty, and easy to install.

This is a heavy duty unit, nicely finished and a perfect fit on my Mercedes GLC300 SUV. I had my shop put it on, which took them about 40 minutes while I waited. Zero complaints thus far. We're using this mainly for carrying 3 bikes on a Thule bike rack, which it obviously can handle easily.

Looks good and strong and sturdy. It doesn’t impede ground clearance or mess with the aesthetics of the vehicle. I have a GLC300. See attached with my GB Packers logo attached.
