great product. everything went well on the install, I got too admit I was a little worried about doing this job because I have never done it before, but with the directions it was a piece of cake. the only other problem I had was, I did not like too be putting holes in my new 2015 gmc that was the hardest part of the whole job

This hitch does a good job for me. It it is easy to operate, slides easily and connects/disconnects easily. It is a little difficult to get the keepers into the pins (because of the location) but this is really no big deal. The hitch had plenty of vertical adjustment for my trailer and the adjustment was easy. I like this hitch.
