It actually is a quality built kit. It was packaged for shipping very well. It arrived in a timely manner with no damage to package or product. Mine came complete with everything you need for mounting and plugging into car’s electrical system. Very good instructions came with the kit. It took me a little over an hour to complete only because I had to dremel out the last bolt hole. This was installed on our 2016 Cadillac SRX.
