The Curt 16572 works great with the Curt 16027 puck system base coupled to a A25 fifth wheel hitch. 2023 Chevrolet 3500HD High Country.

Does NOT fit on a Curt rail system that uses a gooseneck adaptation. You have to cut off the 4 inside tabs in order for it to drop down onto the rails. The framework on the Curt gooseneck rail system hits those tabs.
