Unfortunately my order arrived 2 weeks late. I got a message saying “if your order doesn’t arrive today you can be refunded” but when it didn’t arrive, it changed the message to “you can only be refunded after it has been delivered” so I waited for it to be delivered and of course it then changed to “sorry, you’re not eligible for a refund” super frustrating and completely goes back on their word multiple times. The quality isn’t good either. The photo on the underwear is blurry. Won’t be buying from them again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. very soft and comfortable material my boyfriend really liked the gift. the only downside to the whole order is that the waiting time is so very long, almost 3 weeks.
