The product arrived & I was excited but nervous because I like to try things on before buying. I got the lg/xl & my 7.5 male head & it fits perfectly!Major issue, I was sent an incorrect order, accidentally. Wrote the company & they responded within hours. Then the carrier service lost hat # 2. Again, corrected the same day. Finally the pictured hat arrived & was nicer than I'd expected 😊The customer care & response was 5 🌟 & so is my new hat!It reads GMC MASSHOLE DONK STATION (my initials, my home state/attitude & my poker style)Thanks to the hat people for their excellent care & great product 😁

Great product and shipped pretty fast. My Department allows us to wear ball caps on duty and I’m very pleased with what I received and definitely will order a few more because I like to have a couple hats on hand. We run through hats pretty fast in police work but these are great quality compared to what our department issues so I see them lasting a lot longer. Blocked out the full name of my department for obvious reasons.
