It works, but it does the bill qualities poor and it’s not stable. It moves around is not from being on the gun. It is from how they built it. It’s just a cheap Magnifier. You really do pay for what you get.
I buy lots of crap here

At first glance, it seems like a well-built optic. Well, that ends once you mount it and pivot the sight to discover very high tolerances in the machining, resulting in several millimeters of movement at the optic. I never fired with it, but I'm guessing that on anything other than an airsoft it would be dancing around, basically worthless.

First one I received was not good. Out of the box the red dot was low right and would not center wit height or windage. Returned that and caught another . Reason was the glass was very clear and magnification was really good. Manufacturing issues will happen and I understand that. The new one I received as of now seems good. But still need to test it at the range.I’ll be posting in a few weeks.

My first impression of the scope, after the nice plastic storage case, was that this thing looks incredibly solid and robust. I don’t know what the official definition of “Mil-spec” is but, unofficially, I would want to put this into that category because it feels solid as any piece of kit that I got in the army. The kit comes with a variety of risers, plus the bolts and tools to install them. It also comes with a set of instructions (all in English, which surprised me), which are clear and easy to understand. These instructions also contain hi-res photos instead of illustrations, which I really appreciate. When I was playing around with the hinged base before mounting, I was a little concerned because the unlock button mechanism seemed a little tough but, once I had it mounted on my rifle, I found it to be just right. It has an excellent balance between ease-of-use and tight tolerance (more on that later).Mounting was a snap. I had it secured to the rail on my AR very quickly. Most of the bolts come with a dab of Loctite on the threads but, in my opinion, it would not hurt to put a dab of your own just to make sure.As it turned out, I did not have a need for the included risers, but that could easily change, depending on the type of red dot site that I may chose to put on in the future. The included risers have a thickness of 3 mm and 4 mm respectively and do not appear to be stackable with the included bolts (M5x7 and M5x10), but if you were to get some longer bolts, like an M5x20 or M5x15, I am pretty sure that you could get it to work. I know some people need extra height for certain set ups.I opted to mount the scope all the way back, above the charging handle. This position worked well for me. In allowed for quick target acquisition with the stock fully extended. With practice, I can also get a good stock weld with the stock fully collapsed, which kind of surprises me.As stated earlier, swinging the scope out of the way, is easily accomplished with a press from my right index finger on the release button. The mount is also reversible for lefties, in which case they would likely use their left thumb instead. The hinge swings easily, but snaps into place in both positions with no slop or weird movement. I was also pleased to discover that with the scope swung out, it did not seem to throw the balance of the rifle off at all, bringing the rifle up to ready was still fast and easy.I was also pleased to discover that the optics were crystal clear. Magnification was excellent, and the windage/elevation adjustments easily align the scope with the dot for an optimal sight picture. The included L-shaped wrenches have a flat blade screwdriver tip opposite the torx for this purpose.All-in-all I find is to be an excellent little piece of kit and I expect to get a lot of use out of it.

There are some things to like, but at the end of the day, I couldn't find an eye relief solution. I have an iron rear sight mounted on the very last picatinny slot. When folded, it extends over the charging handle. I mounted the CVLife magnifier *immediately* in front of the iron rear sight, and the CVLife red dot immediately in front of the magnifier. The only way I can get to a proper eye relief is to set the six position collapsible stock in the shortest possible position, the exact opposite of what you'd want to do for a longer range shot that the CVLife magnifier is presumably meant for.I'm keeping it, instead of returning it... but just barely. I can do without the iron sights... but even that will only get my stock to he first position longer than the shortest.I would be interested to know if anyone else has a solution to this problem.
