Nothing special or amazing. It will do the job. I would have rather had the foam not pre-cut into tiny boxes. Most pistols are more complex than the tiny boxes allow for. After shaping thr pistol you end up with weird spots missing from the foam. Kind of an OCD thing.

Another great product from CV life. The box is extremely sturdy and seems to be well built. The hinges and the closing clasps are both heavy duty and I could toss this box and not worry about it.Comes with eggshell insulation that you can cut to size, holds an average pistol with an optic, a couple magazines and even some rounds!

This is a decent case to put your firearm in when travelling. The plastic is not extremely durable, and I would not travel without this being inside of another suitcase.The foam on the inside is a little odd, I would rather it be one solid piece to cut to avoid having gaps where the square was removed, but the firearm does not fit snug.Overall, for the price, it's not bad.

I was looking for a smaller lockable box to put a blaster in for my trips to and from the range. I wanted simple, durable and affordable. My thoughts:Pros:- box has 2 locking levers- comes with 3 layers of foam, 2 thick and 1 thinCons:- cheap light plastic- CVlife sticker on the front was put on crooked- Pressure relief valve spins with little functionThis lockbox was a letdown. Its cheap and wont last long with any abuse.

This is a nice basic case, but the latches are very lightweight and can easily come open. They take almost no force to open, so if you pack this into a backback or other case, don't be surprised if a slight shift pops open the lid. Not a good situation if you want to keep what is inside secure. However, there are lock loops, which can help if you put locks next to the latches.

This is a great case which I was able to customize to have my weapon nestled in the foam when transporting. It was easy cutting the foam out and it comes with an extra piece for a secondary unit or a mess up if needed. The case itself is nice and hard using good material which would be hard to pry open or break and allows for a lock to keep everything secure. This is a well designed well manufactured case that earns five stars.

This is a perfect case. Super hard/durable material, dense cubed foam inside. Love the latches, this is a great buy! No weak points, areas of poor fit/tolerances in construction, and all moving parts (hinges / latches) are smooth like butter. Couldn’t be happier!

This pistol case is perfect for one full size pistol, or two small compact pistols. The foam has pre-cut cubes that you can remove to customize the case for your pistol or tool. The case itself is made with a hard plastic that is not as thick as some of the other ones that I have used, but is perfect for under a seat of a car or in a suitcase for traveling. As this case is also TSA approved. There is a valve to release the pressure of the case that is near the handle. The case works great. It's small in size. The only thing I would worry about is dropping this case from too high. The price is very reasonable for this pistol case.
