Does not seem durable or good value for money. Worked fine for a couple of months. Unit just ticks now and the battery seems to be dead. Now we have a heavy surge protector. Will think twice before replacing batteries again. Our power dips a lot, however is this not what was designed for? Unit worked just fine for years until the initial battery was dead.Happy if it works great for other people. Not our experience.

This replacement battery fixed my CyberPower UPS, which would turn off by itself when self-testing.I recommend this replacement battery since it solved the issue and completed its self-test successfully.

I have a CP1350PFCLCD (according to the model # listed on the product itself) and this battery DOES NOT fit it. You need to get the RB1270c 12v/7A batteries instead, and you'll need two of them.

The exact part I needed for a reasonable price

The original battery for my CyberPower UPS had reached its end of life and I needed a reliable replacement. This is exactly what I needed, and installation was simple. It's working reliably now, and since it's CyberPower branded, I have peace of mind that it will perform as reliably over its life cycle as the original battery did.

The Cyberpower I put this battery into is now on it's third set. I had tried an off-brand last time, seemed to work OK but for the small difference in price I found this time around, I just bought this instead. Fit right in, easy to do, and 1/3 the cost of a new UPS.

Great product, works as advertised!Delivery was very fast.I have older UPS model & front cover has to be slid down slightly before pulling off. Then old batteries may swell slightly like mine which makes it tougher to pull out of case!

My ups batteries were shot so I bought replacements. They fit like they should and the power just went out and my UPS kept everything up until it came back on.

Every time the power flickers here in FL I love my UPS a tiny bit more. Recently; however, my ups started to cut power to my PC. Knowing that the UPS routinely conditions the battery by charging and discharging I figured that a dead battery could cause these symptoms. Life expectancy ranges of 3-4 years for the battery by the company strengthened my suspicion that the almost 5 year old UPS was just needing a replacement. The package came with instructions to access and replace the battery for a bunch of different models, including mine and the process was straight forward. For my unit it took two screws and removing/replacing a few slip on wire connectors. It took a second to get the battery all the way back in to it's compartment before screwing the cover back on, but it wasn't very difficult. UPS is back to working great with a complete end to the regular power loss I was experiencing and once again keeps the PC running when the power goes out.My biggest takeaway from this for me is that a UPS designed to keep power stable can actually have the opposite effect when the battery gets to the end of it's life.

I was worried I had read about charging problems with the CPxxxxPFCLCDs (stuck at 100%) and APC fanboys recycling them into solar chargers, but the batteries slid right in after easy installation of the wiring harness. I'd suggest try a self test with no battery to reset the circuit if it's stuck. The harness construction in the UPS and the factory batteries means zero question which way it goes. The battery took the full shipping time of 11 days but thats ok considering it came from a factory in the USA directly. Battery arrived completely charged (100%), after load testing it down to 80 and charging it back up it looks like someone took the time to top it up before shipping, and its not the dead charging circuit issue aforementioned, reading a 60% battery (normal storage charge) at 100. This is a genuine 7A 12V BB battery part # CPS7-12, exactly the same as the one that came out. The product arrived right on time, maybe even a day early. Product appeared as advertised. It passed the battery test function from the UPS right after installing. It was approximately 60% charged on arrival and charged to 100% without issue.

I've learned from hard experience that it is best to buy replacement UPS batteries from the UPS manufacturer in the interest of reliability and proper specs. They may cost a little more but are certainly more dependable than third party batteries that may or may not be re-manufactured. So when my CyberPower UPS started giving indications that the batteries were dying, after 4 years, I ordered this CyberPower replacement set. Easy removal, easy install. and now my UPS is back to normal. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars, is the lack of a return label to send the old batteries back for recycling. Other UPS manufacturers do this so why not CyberPower? Are they not environmentally responsible? For that reason, my next UPS will probably not be CyberPower.I hope this review is helpful.
