This kit is pretty good but a bit ticky. It comes with everything you need (except head bolts, exhaust studs, manifold bolts) it went on easy and holds up well after about 6 months of use, except for a blown head gasket which was an easy fix.ALSO! The valves come shipped loose so make sure you tighten them to spec.
