I was going to be limited in my handle options because of the length of my cartridge stems, but these are so universal and adaptable that I was able to get the ones I wanted instead of being stuck with the type I had. Excellent product!

The flange looks great and pairs well with Danco's 89255 Handle Set: . The flange can be installed two different ways to accommodate short or long faucet stems. It comes with two threaded plastic dowels that you cut to fit your stem. You then place the dowel over your stem and screw the flange over it.The only complaint I have is that the flange turns slightly with the handle when I turn the water on and off. I'm not sure if that is just a design flaw or if I don't have it installed quite right.

Was a little misleading since I needed a long extended piece it did not fit with the handle that was suggested. Without a long extended piece, it would have fit with the handle.
