After jumping through hoops with Aquasana customer support, a replacement sump housing, and replacement manifold, I found a some comments on YouTube videos about leaky filters saying to replace the gaskets on the sump heads with every filter change, as they get compressed over time and start to leak. THESE are the size and type of gaskets they recommended. No trouble with the filter since. Two thumbs up.

These #6 o-rings fixed leaking filters on Aquasana Claryum undersink filter (four o-rings on each filter housing).
