These compression shorts are amazing. I've gotten others that are functionally identical at a much higher price. At under $10 for 2 pairs, these are a great deal any time. They are smooth, soft, breathe well, and the seams aren't noticeable - which is hugely important in workout shorts. The wider band at the top isn't uncomfortable at all, and keeps them in place well. The side pocket is great for tucking in a phone.Simply put, these shorts are exactly what I'm looking for at a price that can't be beat.

After a helpful exchange with customer service—who have since clarified the sizing guidelines in their description—I realized sticking to my normal size would have been best. I ended up with a medium, which, while slightly loose at the waist, provides adequate compression along the legs.The shorts mimic the style and functionality of higher-end brands like Nike, complete with useful pockets that enhance their versatility. They can comfortably serve as both running shorts and an underlayer, making them a multifunctional addition to any active wardrobe.Customer Service: The responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service team were notable, adding to the overall positive experience with this purchase.

These shorts are well-constructed, crafted of eight panels of fabric with strong, uniform stitching, a 4cm wide waistband, and two deep pockets. The compression is firm without feeling tight. Suitable for wearing as an undergarment or as an outer layer.I wore these under running shorts for a 5k race, with phone in one pocket and wallet in the other. Everything (phone, wallet, etc.) stayed in place.The size chart was at first confusing, but the waist size they give is the size of the garment, not the size waist they would fit on. The waistband stretches generously, so go with your usual size (SM/MD/LG/XL), or one size up if you're on the border.

These fit very well. A little on the big side even with them being compression. I usually go a size larger just in case, but these seem to run just a little on the larger side. The phone pocket is nice and snug. Would recommend.
