I applied the light grey to 1/4" seams in 55 degree weather with low humidity, it had 6 hours to set up before sundown. It rained the NEXT morning and the caulk just melted away. I had to redo the entire job after cleaning all the soggy caulk completely out of the seams. It claims to be "one hour rain ready"... I guess maybe if you use it indoors that could be accurate. What a nightmare... will never use this crap again.

I'm a contractor and have used DAP caulks for years with great success and this ULTA stuff is a big FAIL!!! Over the years I've used several brand caulks.... this is the worst ever. Its takes forever to cure. It stays overly soft when cured. It's tacky weeks later. It collects dirt and outside grime. and.....worst of all it failed!!! failed as in not doing it's job sealing exterior joints and letting water ruin work. I am very very angry as this is costing me time and money!!!!!!!

I installed this por the purpose of covering up a minimal gap on stairs But more importantly to make it look better and with a different design.. very easy to apply just don’t rub it where you don’t want it on .
