Yes, Darn Tough socks are hella expensive. I never thought that I would ever pay over twenty dollars for socks, but they really are worth it if you're a hiker. I'd guess I put about 500 miles on my boots hiking in 2024. Darn Tough never lets me down. They are comfy, cozy, warm, and moisture wicking. They don't fall apart. They have a lifetime warranty just in case you do get a dud pair. And even the higher pairs don't feel like they are cutting into your calves. They are worth ever dime.
