I have a red 2013 Kia optima and the oem mirrors just broke out of nowhere. The plastic pins that hold the glass mirror piece into the housing just started breaking. First the passenger side then the drivers. I’m not sure if it is a common issue but we started looking into replacements and getting brand new oem color matched mirrors was just way too much money. Especially since it’s an older vehicle. But my husband found these and we were a bit apprehensive since they aren’t oem and a couple of review said they wouldn’t fit but I’m glad we chose them. The black mirrors on the red make the car look a little bit like the newer style vehicles. I love it!! And I also love how easy they were to install. I’m no mechanic and I was a bit worried but it literally took maybe 5 minutes and 2 tools for each one. As far as the mirror functionality, they kind of have a fish eye look. If you’re looking at a straight line through the mirror it has a slight curve. But it does not impair the view at all, in fact it makes it better in my opinion because it gives it a wider field of view over all. So the functionality and quality is a 10/10. Couldn’t be happier.

This is a pretty good substitute for the real thing, the paint looks and everything looks really good and blinker and motors to move mirror work well. The only problem, is the mirror it comes with, is not the same as the OEM mirror. Makes everything look a little further away than normal and makes judging distances a little harder. Made me kind of dizzy first time driving. I'm a little used to it now, but that's the only downside to this product. I might try to replace just the mirror and keep the rest. Not sure if it's worth doing or even possible.For the price and fast delivery, I give it a 4.3 out of 5.Put on my Kia Optima 2013 EX, needed a 10 mm socket to remove the driver side mirror unit. Process was pretty simple.

Very fast compared to my other mirror (which have had to replace too due to it not working)! Works great, fairly easy to replace.
