These are smaller than I thought. Different and fits in pool bag better and they worked for Pool exercising. But had I know there true size I wouldn’t have purchased them.

I use these for my Water Aerobics.There is a noticeable difference between using the triangle verses the round ones.The Triangles because of the flat sides provides greater resistance so in turn you are getting a better workout.

liked that they are easy to use at water aerobic class. light resistance which is good for my shoulder pain. only dislike is they do hold water so i just shake most of it out and let them drain.

I have been searching for light resistance water weights to use during my physical therapy, and, these weights are perfect. I tried other weights, but the resistance in the water was too great to be helpful.
