The proximity switch consists of three major components: an oscillator, a switch circuit, and an amplifier output circuit.
Normally open (NO): In the normal state, the signal output line is in the disconnected state and no signal is output. When the object is sensed, it is closed and the signal is output.
Normally closed (NC): In the normal state, the signal output line is in the closed state, and the signal is output continuously. When the object is sensed, it is disconnected and the signal is closed
