The Yunir DC 12V Gear Motor, Worm Gear Motor with 12mm Double Shaft arrived in a pouch with the wiring terminals bent over flush to the back of the motor. I was able to bend them straight, but it isn't the best packaging. The unit is solidly built, and includes a heavy metal mounting bracket with screws.The listing title says the double end shafts are 12mm. That usually denotes shaft diameter, yet the drawing shown notes the dimension is 8mm. Actually the shafts measure at only 5.975mm. . The only dimension that matches 12 mm is the length of the flatted part of the shaft. The drawing notes that the internal thread on the shaft ends is M3 or M5 thread depending on how you interpret it, but It's smaller than M3 and that's the smallest screw I had on hand to see what it actually is.I hooked it up and it it's nice and quiet when running.It's a nice little gearbox, but the drawings need to be accurate. As it is I can't use it for what I intended it for.
