I received this as a Christmas gift, I was happy to receive it but that quickly changed. I used it the first time to charge 2 batteries worked fine. The next time I used it to attempt to charge 4 batteries after over 8 hours in the charger uninterrupted only one battery charged. I removed the others as I didn’t want to damage the batteries they did charge up without issue in the single Dewalt charger. I contacted the seller as I didn’t want to return the charger and asked if there’s anything that I could attempt to remedy the issue. I received no response back so after several days I just returned the charger. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service the seller displayed and obviously they don’t stand behind their products. I don’t recommend buying this charger or purchasing anything from this seller.

It will give proper indication via the leds but will not charge batteries, this seems to happen more frequently if multiple batteries need to be charged. It will indicate that it is charging or has finished a cycle, yet the battery will still be dead. Took the same battery and placed it in an oem charger and it was charged after 2 hours.

My husband loves this, I bought it for him for Christmas. It charges Dewalt batteries and off brands made to fit Dewalt tools. You can charge 4 batteries at one time. It has the capability to be mounted to the wall and it works great.

Works great, price is good, this unit allows me to charge all my batteries at once. I can get rid of my individual chargers and switch to this unit. It charges faster than other chargers.

I was a little skeptical about ordering off brand charger for my Dewalt batteries but I’ve been using this one for about 6 months and have had no issues charging time is decent and the usb plug in is very handy. Would buy again if needed.

Nice unit that is wall mountable, allowing you to store & charge 4 DeWalt batteries; as it happens, I only own 4 Dewalt batteries & only 3 DeWalt tools, most of which I use adapters & run my Ridgid batteries

Well I have had this since July 17 2023 here it is Feb 2025 so less than 2 years actually and it does not work. Do not buy this spend the extra and get the Dewalt multi charger had mine for 6 years and it’s still going strong. I am really disappointed with this company and its product. I buy from Amazon all the time Amazon should do product reviews as well. Quit selling junk

EDIT**- seller reached out directly and sent a replacement, the unit still makes the same noise but lights work and batteries are now charging, seller was great standing behind their product.Was very excited for this unit and it worked great when I initially plugged it in. Within the first few hours the unit started to make an awful humming sound and stopped charging batteries, the indicator lights on the front also didn’t work. Disappointing for sure.
