Wish i could give it zero stars. brand new, right out of the box doesn’t work at all, tells me all my battery’s are over heated, all charge fine on my other charger. And won’t allow return.

The charger works as advertised and is exactly what I needed for a low cost. The only thing is that the instructions say that the led charging light is green, but the one I got is red. No big deal! It charges great and I'm really happy with the purchase.

Are you kidding me with this!!! So far it’s amazing I have two rechargeable batteries (I also bought on Amazon) that work perfect. I love clean up in the mornings in my backyard and if one batteries dies, I’ve got another one ready to go and I just placed a dead one inside that charger and know that I’m gonna have my back up ready to go again. And the price was sooooo affordable.

Plug it in and works like a charm. I bought a similar item 3 years ago. I keep it in my garage, so it does suffer heat and cold cycles. Stopped working after 3 years. This is the replacement. Working great so far.

Update - This charger for 20v OEM and compatible DeWalt power tool batteries works like a charm at a fraction of the cost of a DeWalt OEM charger. I know because this is the second one I've purchased and I've been using the first one as an adjunct to my one OEM charger for quite awhile mow. This second one is as an "in-case" item. As I said in my first review, these may very well come from the same place as OEM and just get a slightly different label slapped on them.Original Review - A lot of US power tool brands, including DeWalt, seem to have adopted the business model of the computer printer and razor makers; i.e., sell the main item at a reasonable price, then soak consumers on the things they need to make it work, like ink cartridges and razor blades. I have a GEN-U-INE Dewalt charger that, fortunately, came as a promotion with my first DeWalt tool but if it ever fails, I won't get a second mortgage to buy a new DeWalt - I'll use this one that likely came from the same place anyway. Until then, I might want to charge more than one battery at a time. By the way, I also always buy after-market ink cartridges and grocery-store disposable razors. They work just fine too.
