This is not as heavy duty as an Aquaquest but it is built strong enough. The 3.5 meter x 3.5 m3ter size really gives alot more interior room to various tarp camping setups. The tie outs are strong and should last. I have not been rained on yet but I did a hose test in the back yard and it sheds all water under pressure.

I luv this tarp & EVRYTHING about it..purchased th large so I hav several options as to how I may want or need to use it..it is very lightweight, for camping, I don’t do th hiking so I don’t kno about that..I’m very plsed w it & hope it last me many yrs..so many on th market it’s hard to choose..I want quality but I can’t buy EVRYTHING that comes out “new & improved”, I just wanted a real nice, good quality, dependable tarp, sumthin I kno I can rely on, a home away from home..I’m very pleased w my new tarp..🤗

I used this tarp on a 5 day canoe trip. We set up a shelter for a basecamp to protect our gear during days of torrential rain. This tarp didn't leak and stood up to our heavy handed use with no problem. I don't think you can get a higher quality tarp than one from DD, and definitely not for less money. I have one of their superlight tarps for hammock camping and it's stood up to a lot of abuse and also remains undamaged and 100% waterproof. Definitely will remain my preferred brand for tarps and hammocks.

Bei diesem Preis war gute Qualität zu erwarten.Ist halt ein Premium-Tarp.Rest siehe Beschreibung.Würde von meiner Seite aus IMMER das 4x4meter wählen.Lieber ein paar € mehr, dann aber auch REICHLICH Platz für 2Mann.Alleine ist es ne Villa 😀

This is a great tarp. At 4m x 4m, this was big enough to completely cover my large 2 man tent and my gear! Quality is the best and lightest combo on the market. Re-enforced and double stitch. The wind and rain were no match for this tarp

I really like this tarp!I just can say simple is the best.You can use it for a lifetime. If you are wondering abou size It's better to be too big than too small especially tarp.

This is large enough to put entire backpack/hammock camp under. Used it in breezy wind conditions and tie outs stood up. Guy lines and tensioners worked well enough, the stakes not so much. The wind kept pulling stakes out of ground. I will invest in screw type stakes, as they may be better suited for rocky dry ground in Montana mountains. Good quality, worth the money and extra weight.
