The wood is very rough and unfinished. I’m afraid washing it will eventually ruin it. I plan on sanding and sealing

Stick to the bottom, and not clean up

Pan tends to stick at the bottom, I thought it was nonstick. Otherwise, great quality and a decent size for a 1-3 person household.
