I bought this specifically for the akai that I have that pictured for the product and it does not fit. I got kinda busy for it took while before I tried to put it on, but that shouldn’t matter. The cover is too small for the akai.

Very happy to report item arrived undamaged, and fits very snug. Keep in mind there are several versions of this midi controller. This, Decksaver, is specifically designed for the Akai MPK Mini MKII(2). See photo for reference. Will not fit on the MKIII(3) as it is a little wider!Very satisfied with this product. Will highly recommend!

Not sure why people are dumb trying to use this on the MPK MK3 expecting it to fit properly but you can clearly see the MK3 encoders have been moved from the MK2 version. Fits perfect for the MK2 models.

Tremenda calidad, es la segunda cubierta de Decksaver y siempre puedes esperar un material resistente y de alta calidad resistente a rayas y hecho especialmente para tu producto. En este caso tengo un MPK mini y funciona a la perfección.A mi parecer no está hecho para transporte y no por el material sino que es para evitar que entre el polvo o protegerlo de otros elementos que le puedan caer. Queda de su ingenio ponerle una banda para mantenerlo en su lugar si desea usarlo para transporte (en mi caso es estático en un escritorio)

Cover doesnt fit correctly on the keyboard. Always pops off, needs a rubberband to hold it in place.
