クロモリに使うスレッドタイプで、フルオープンのステムは選択肢が少なく、簡単に手に入るのはこれしか無いかな。必然的にハンドルもDedaを買わなければいけないのが残念。フルオープンなのでハンドル交換がやりやすいのがメリット。ボルトが二本あるので、その分ちょっと重い。見た目はポリッシュ仕上げでキレイ。サイズが80、100、120の三種しかないが残念。

It can't grip the handlebars no matter how hard it's tightened and was worried the threads might get stripped! Forced to glue sandpaper on the handlebar and put some carbon grip. Both my handlebar and stem are dedas and both are advertised as 26. Another disappointing product from deda.

Mucho estilo y mucho brillo para esta potencia "como las de antes" : queda de maravilla en mi antigua bicicleta de carretera de juvenil de los años noventa, y va muy bien con el manillar Deda Elementi Speciale.

Ho acquistato la "pipa" in abbinamento col manubrio Dritto della Deda.Avevo paura che la finitura superficiale non fosse compatibile con il manubrio invece è tutto perfetto.Misure compatibili 26 mm per manubrio (se non sbaglio vado a memoria)Bellissimo effetto soprattutto per fixed bike (io ho fatto un ibrida... )Materiali ottimi e di qualità . Package perfetto .Consegna nei tempi.

Habe mir den Vorbau zum Austausch des Vorbaus an einem gebrauchten Trek 1000 Alpha Rennrad aus den frühen 2000ern geholt. Der alte war mit 14 cm nämlich etwas zu viel des Guten. Passt perfekt, das Rad ist deutlich ergonomischer/fahrbarer für mich als Rennradeinsteiger geworden. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr schön, ebenso das geschwungene/abgerundete Design. Das Silber ist ein matter Ton. Nur der schwarze Gummistopfen zur Abdeckung der Klemmschraube ist leider nach einem halben Jahr verloren gengangen (wahrscheinlich beim Tragen des Rads), dieser saß nämlich noch nie besonders fest.

For people like myself who prefer quill stems but enjoy the versatility of a removable faceplate, this is probably the best looking stem for the job. I have this stem on one of my track bikes to accommodate my Nitto ADB-X bars. I really like the ability to swap bars quickly and easily, plus it doesn't look unsightly like other stems with the same features. I usually run 3TTT or Cinelli quill stems on my other bikes, but I can't even count the number of times someone has stopped me to find out where I got this stem. I might have to buy another for my next build...
