The props fit very tight on the shaft. I was able to get the one on and off after some effort. The second one was not drilled deep enough to fit on the shaft, rather than send them back I drilled the one deeper so it would match up with the existing pin in the shaft. I'm glad I checked both prior to needing them in an emergency. Something was missed on inspection.
