Instructions for Use

  • If your pump is on the front, start from the rear right wheel, the rear left, then front right, the front left. Some vehicles have pump in the back so you can start from a front wheel.
  • Please turn on the air valve on the tool before opening the bleeder valve and keep the tool and hose above the valve to allow any air in the lines to travel upward.
  • While it bleeds always check the reservoir and re-fill it with new fluid, don't let it go dry.
  • When bleeding is done, please close the bleeder valve first then shut off the air valve on the tool.
  • The bleeding process will be slow. You will see dark fluid coming into the bottle. You'll want to keep it going until you fill up about half the bottle from each wheel for a nice flush and eventually you will see clear new fluid building up on top of the old dirty fluid on the bottom.

Easy to Use

  • There's a little screw-on diaphragm part you need to put where the tool outputs air, so screw that on and make sure the red cap is inserted on the bottom of the bottle and make sure the bottle itself is tightened well.
  • Connect the hose to the bottle. First suck out all the old fluid from the reservoir but don't go too crazy leave some fluid in there so the system doesn't go too dry so you don't introduce air.
  • Fill up the reservoir up to the top with fresh dot 3 or 4 fluid whichever your vehicle needs and close the cap.
  • Locate the bleeder valve on the caliper, remove the protective rubber, and plug the tool in to the plug' using the black attachment on the hose. Make sure the attachment is in all the way on the hose and is also snug on to the bleeder valve.
  • Turn on the air valve on the tool before opening the bleeder valve and keep the tool and hose above the valve to allow any air in the lines to travel upward.

i’ve been a mechanic for 30 years and I’ve always had to Have a second person pump the brakes while I bled each wheel or buy one of those manual pump guns that never really worked well and was really slow.I purchased this item about a month ago and just used it this morning. I bled my brake reservoir and all four wheels on my truck in about 20 minutes by myself no spills no frills. It was quick compared to the old methods and I would not Ever go back to the manual type. This unit comes fully assembled. You will need to change the 1/4” hose adapter to the US 1/4” adapter and use thread tape. 30 psi will work just as well as 60 psi and can be governed by the lever on the bleeder itself. Last note, the bleeder must be lower than the caliper, your bleeding, and or lower than the brake reservoir that you’re bleeding.I am impressed with the simplicity of this unit and will recommend it to anyone that does brakes.Fit=perfectValue for money=excellentQuality=More than sufficientAppearance= Nice

Let's be fair ,if your are a mechanic don't bother, all mechanics have a mentality with made in the USA and big brand names in their heads. But it will cost them 100 times more and they can show it off to their work fellows. If you are an experienced weekend mechanic, this worths every penny you spend.

A surprisingly quality tool for the price! Made the usually frustrating and messy job of brake bleeding easy. I think it's comparable in quality to a much more expensive setup I used to use when I worked at a auto shop. Doesn't have huge capacity, but perfect for DIY garage use.

For the price this thing sucks, so much it pulls air past the threads of your bleeder screw. Take the bleeder out, anti sieze the threads (ive tried other greases and anti sieze worked best) and it works so good that i started to get arroused.I ran my regulator at 40-50psi and my tiny compressor was capable of running this no issue! The air fitting it comes with, ive never seen before. but if you cant figure out swapping it for one that works then you should take your car to a garageHighly recommend!!!! 10/5 stars because its super cheap and works great

I use it at a repair shop mostly for changing brake calipers or brake lines, easy to use and compact. Definitely saves time having someone else pump the pedal for you, or having to spend money on the pressure bleeder from mightyvac.

Like the other reviews, this did not come with an American air compressor connector. It has some shrader valve type coupler on it, not too sure. But I had an old air tool hanging around in my garage that had a 1/4 in quick connect so I replaced it and was able to connect to compressor. So yea, it may be another expense and an extra step, although I think those are cheap.Anyhow, please follow these tips for a good bleed procedure:-Set up the tool properly per the pictures. There's a little screw- on diaphragm thing you need to put where the tool outputs air (on the blue block), so screw that on and make sure the red cap is inserted on the bottom of the bottle and make sure the bottle itself is tightened well.-Connect the hose to the bottle and on the other end of the hose you can put on the green thingy if you wish. First suck out all the old fluid from the reservoir but don't go too crazy leave some fluid in there so the system doesn't go too dry so you don't introduce air.-Now fill up the reservoir up to the top with fresh dot 3 or 4 fluid whichever your vehicle needs and close the cap. You can overfill since you'll be needing to top it off later while doing each wheel.-If your ABS pump is on the front, start from the rear right wheel, the rear left, then front right, the front left. Some vehicles have ABS pump in the back so you can start from a front wheel.-Locate the bleeder valve on the caliper, remove the protective rubber, and plug the tool in to the 'nipple' using the black attachment on the hose. Make sure the attachment is in all the way on the hose and is also snug on to the bleeder valve. Some use sil-glide on the nipple to help it fit well and prevent it from sucking air around it (optional).-Turn on the air valve on the tool BEFORE opening the bleeder valve and keep the tool and hose above the valve to allow any air in the lines to travel upward. I recommend you use no more than 50 psi on your compressor.-The bleeding process will be slow but at this point, you will see dark fluid coming into the bottle. You'll want to keep it going until you fill up about half the bottle per wheel for a nice flush and eventually you will see clear new fluid building up on top of the old dirty fluid on the bottom. You will also see air bubbles in the lines, this can't be avoided it happens with all pneumatic tools.-While it bleeds always check the reservoir and re-fill it with new fluid, don't let it go dry.-When bleeding is done, close the bleeder valve FIRST then shut off the air valve on the tool. You can continue to do the rest of the wheels and always make sure reservior is full with new fluid. Sorry for the long review, good luck.

I received this item 2 weeks ago. I would like to use this tool possibly this weekend on a Car I am working on. Took it out of the package and found right off the bat the Chinese Made Air Fitting it came with I never saw before and I will have to replace it with a American type of standard air pressure fitting a added expense that I need to pickup locally. Then I see it came with one sheet of paper I guess which is suppose to be directions written in Chinese. Nothing written in English for me to understand so the so called directions are useless to me. Now I am left to guessing how to properly use this tool. Problem is the most important thing the manufacturer never showed anywhere whether on the unit or in the Chinese Written Directions is how much Air Pressure one should use coming from your Air Compressor to this tool to properly operate it correctly. Looks like a well made product but to be honest I can't tell anyone how it works because I haven't gotten to that point in time as of yet and not knowing the correct pressure to use for this tool and not finding out online in different searches I shouldn't have had to be doing isn't helping my situation so I am being generous giving it only 1 star because I think at the moment that this could be a nice tool. Who knows with better directions and a American Air Fitting that should of been included in the price being it is being sold here in the United States I might of given it 5 stars. Hopefully I will be able to update this feedback in the very near future to something better. I would never import a product and sell it like this on Amazon not giving customers the directions they need to operate it correctly. It is not always about the money. Stand by your product and know what you are selling to answer questions about it. Add on I contacted the Seller to find out what Air Pressure is recommended for this Air Tool. They answered me with something completely different then what I asked. I contacted Amazon and since 2 weeks ago must of spoken to 5 Customer Service Reps who promised me that this would be investigated but still haven't heard anything back. I would like to keep the tool but I am afraid to use it and have to guess at how much Air Pressure I should apply to it from my Air Compressor. Not knowing what Air Pressure is recommended I believe someone can get really hurt guessing and maybe applying more Pressure then should be used.
