Well made and included the lag bolts. I was impressed that they included all the lag bolts with these mounts. It will allow me to easily created a platform for my popup blind. I wanted something to keep me just a few feet off the ground out of the grass. The metal is plenty thick and I tried a few 4" by 4" PT post and they all slid in easily without effort. The smallest board to project above the mount was a 2'x6" for crossbeams and joists. Of course anything larger 2x8 or 2x10 would work fine also. Overall this is going to work well for my needs and will allow me to move the stand easily if I need to.

I didn't use these for a deer stand but they work well for just about any build. The observation platform is about as solid as they come. I ended up using 16 of them and am pleased with their performance overall.They have a decent finish and should deal with weather extremes without issue. I used many other brackets and different hardware for the build but overall these played their role.Until we Meet Again-Off The Grid Ken
