Very quiet and it’s great to have the option to control from the app when traveling. Humidity levels change from time to time and I can see it from the app. Great option. One thing the company could improve on is a Longer drain hose!

Could have sworn this was not the brand I bought but this is the one that showed up. I’ve never had a dehumidifier before and this thing is LOUD. I have it in my main living area (open concept) and I am agitated by the end of the day. It seems to be working though as the internal humidity thermometer I have shows the percentage decreasing. Nice and small. But so loud.

Have it in my bedroom which has high humidity. Overnight it lowered humidity from over 70% to the default 55% level. It’s quiet enough it doesn’t interfere with sleeping and is compact and easily rolled around. Remote app works well and is doing everything as expected. Perfect unit for my needs.

I bought this dehumidifier for the basement because it's very humid there. My previous dehumidifier only had a half gallon water tank. I have decided to spend money on this because we need a larger capacity dehumidifier. This allows you to choose between using a drainage hose or the internal water tank of the dehumidifier. We need this larger water tank because we don't have enough space for drainage to solve the moisture problem in the basement. I like this dehumidifier because it is easy to empty the water tank, and in terms of noise, it sounds like a fan running, so it won't be too loud no matter what. Moreover, its working effect is very good, and I will buy it again and strongly recommend it. Now we only have about a week, and we know we have a serious water problem, which can drain several gallons of water within 24 hours. We can see a big difference. It is easy to set up and highly recommended if you have moisture issues in your basement. The higher cost of job output is worth it!
